Participant will learn about how the lymphatic system functions, new research in the understanding of the lymphatic system, and how manual lymph drainage, massage, and machine cupping can aid in treatment of orofacial issues.
About M Julia Schandelmeier LMT CDT:
Julia is a massage therapist and complete decongestive therapist.
Her practice -Post-operative and therapeutic massage, where she and her colleagues specialize in lymphatic conditions including post-operative, lymphedema, lipedema, cancer- prior, during, and after cancer treatment, among other issues.
Julia also teaches “Manual Lymph Drainage for the Intact Lymphatic System” as a 16 hour continuing education course she designed and is certified by the NCBTMB.
