We have had some issues with users of older browsers not being able to see the chat box on our Video and Chat lesson pages. On that page you should be able to see a video screen on the left as well as a chat window to its right. Click the image below to see what it should look like. (When you’re done viewing the image, click the ‘X’ in the lower left corner of the image to close it.)
If you can see the chat box then you are all set. Feel free to use the chat box to ask any questions you may have about the subject before the course starts and we’ll try to answer them during the webinar. Of course, you can also ask during the broadcast!
If you can’t see both boxes, please update your browser to the latest version. We’ve included links here for your convenience.
Internet Explorer (A note about Internet Explorer: The latest version of IE may not run on some of the older versions of Windows. If you are using an older version of Windows you may consider downloading Chrome or Firefox as an alternative.)
