Paul Haefner

I have 34 years in commercial foodservice experience starting as a dishwasher at Maple Hall Dormitory Cafeteria at North Texas State University. I spent 15 years with Dinex International, the largest manufacturer of Healthcare meal preparation, holding, and delivery systems in the U.S. For the last 7 years I have worked for Simply Thick and other texture modified food and beverage manufacturers (Thrive Ice Cream for Healthcare, and Medtrition/ProSource – if names are better than concepts) in the healthcare segment. I was included in the Simply Thick Easy Mix Internal Testing team and the Sales Rollout team because of my broad background in the Foodservice Healthcare and Meal Delivery segments.

My wife, Laurie, and I have two grown children that are now almost ‘maintenance free’, and enjoy golf, traveling, and meeting new bartenders.
